Construction Project Manager

How You Will Spend Your Days as a Construction Project Manager:

  • Planning, scheduling and coordinating assigned projects ensuring completion and delivery meet production

schedule, pre-established specifications, quality standards and budgets

  • Direct and coordinate construction field crew activities
  • Ensure timely completion of delivering a quality product by monitoring the production schedule,

communicating changes and ensuring quality standards are met

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and company policy standards
  • Complete daily project site observations utilizing software programs
  • Promote company by building long term relationships with our customer’s field personnel
  • Provide a strong positive leadership example for all associates by providing direction and support

We want you to join the team if you can check these boxes:

  • Certificate in Construction Management is highly preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of Construction Project Management or equivalent Field Supervisory experience
  • Extensive knowledge of residential and multi-family construction
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations, state codes and procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Proven effective planning and scheduling experience within a construction environment
  • Thorough knowledge of the standard methods, tools and practices within the carpentry trade
  • Possess labor management and leadership skills, Ability to maintain productive labor force of up to 50

associates

  • Maintain physical demands that include standing and walking for extended periods of time, exposure to

outdoor temps/weather conditions, climbing ladders and work to heights of 50 feet and walking on roof

decks. Bending, stooping and regularly lifting up to 75 pounds on a repetitive basis and occasionally up to

100 pounds or more.
